我们感兴趣的问题有:神经系统如何识别外周肿瘤刺激?中枢神经系统是否参与调控肿瘤恶病质?外周神经信号是否参与调控体部肿瘤的发生发展及肿瘤免疫微环境?我们通过整合神经生物学和免疫学的实验技术,包括胚胎电转、神经环路示踪、化学遗传学、小鼠行为学、新一代测序、多通道流式细胞术等,研究神经系统和肿瘤的互作调控。
