研究概述

G蛋白偶联受体介导了人体内多数神经递质和激素的信号通路,以及传递视觉、嗅觉与味觉刺激。也是目前大约1/3的药物的作用靶点。获取三维结构信息不仅有助于阐明受体与配体或药物分子的结合原理和激活机制,还能有利于基于结构的合理药物设计。  


目前,我们致力于精神疾病或癌症相关以及感应嗅觉与味觉刺激的G蛋白偶联受体的结构与功能研究。我们综合应用结构生物学、生物物理学、分子药理学以及计算化学等方法阐明G蛋白偶联受体介导信号的分子机制,以及基于此机制寻找与开发具有治疗潜力的配体小分子或者抗体。
