小鼠视前区通过产生温度依赖的PGD2调节温度

ABSTRACT

把单细胞转录组测序和全细胞膜片钳记录两种技术结合在一起发现在小鼠内侧视前区对温度敏感的神经元内富集了PGD2合成酶,这些神经元可检测脑温的升高进而通过在腹内侧视前区表达PGD2的受体DP1使体温降低。
